When it comes to beach fishing we are seeing less and less people using level wind reels and now preferring to use a multiplier reel with a magnet on so they can 100% guarantee there are no birds nests. Once the confidence and ability improves it’s a simple case of easing the brakes off.
Lure fishing has really exploded in the last couple of years, that quick session after work, no bait needed, just get out there and fish. Many of our customers who are new to lure fishing have been out, caught a bass, and are not completely obsessed.
