Split things by job rather than by size — hooks and hooklengths in one, floats and shot in another, feeders and leads somewhere they won’t crush anything. Pre-tied hooklengths stored on winders or in a rig case save real time on the bank and mean a snapped hooklength costs you two minutes rather than fifteen. Keep everything dry, and give your hooks a look now and again, since a damp box quietly rusts the sharpness out of them.
